I like him, he's def got character, and I think the hairiness adds to that personally, didn't even question it when I saw it, haha...I could see thinking it's a bit much, though, and really I think it's just the hand and a bit of the arm that maybe takes it a little overboard, like if it was done more like the legs and feet, it would be more "balanced".

Good job! Any little mistakes aside, the first impression when looking at it is that there is a definite sense of "place" to the image, like the characters look like they're actually there.
